Watch Out For Bikers
My Cycle of Life story
at Thunder Beach I captured these two guys looking at it and asked if they mind I take their picture looking at it...one guy looks at me kinda funny....
I explained that with this kinda art you never know who would look at it...we chatted about the art the meaning behind it...then I told them it was my first motorcycle and how many miles I had on it since Dec and I would roll out of here and turn 5000 that is when then bad azz dude extends his arms and say Hon come here and hugs me and says that's what is is all about you RIDE it ....It aint sitting in a garage I shook my head and said NOPE it wont........I will never forget meeting them my only regret was I didn't get their names...
My Cycle of Life story with the meaning it has behind it...when I met my now husband in Jan 2009 I started riding for the first time as a passenger...I had never rode a motorcycle myself until I took the RIDE class in March 2010 but conversation with Hubby about getting one and what kind having a fusion in my neck and bad knees these two brothers went back and forth saying what I should ride...then my B-in-law Brett was killed on his April 7 2010 at 44 yrs and has tore parts of this family apart losing him I didn't think I wanted one...but Hubby wanted me on a trike so Dec 9th 2010
I got my 50th Bday present early...my only regret has been I didn't get one sooner...especially to have rode with Brett...
Hubby thought it would sit in garage when he is on his work hitch in Saudi Arabia 28/28 not happening I told him...he says he created a monster....Oh well....he sure did I say...
Husband rides a 2006 Fat Boy ...I joined Southern Cruisers Riding Club ...Many events, Rallies, has opened up another Chapter in my book of life so far most memorable is we did a ride for the anniversary of Bretts passing in April and found an Harley MDA Rally @ Cajun Harley La over 300 bikes it was an amazing feeling....and that is what meeting more people from all over is all about....so far I have 7800 + miles....any excuse is all I need LOL I just haven't stopped at someones front porch as they are rocking in them chairs ....cant wait to travel back home to South Fla to show to family .....and the story continues.....HDLady also known as Bling....lol
Wow I hadnt read this in awhile....finished one year at 17535 miles not bad for a newbie

Thanks for the friend invite. Am looking forward to some more chapters in your Cycle of Life. What a beautiful ride! The artwork is so intricate and exquisite! And over 7800 miles...you go girl! We just got the husbands trike last Spring and rode over 5000 miles last summer. Loved it so much wanted my own so am learning on a Sporty. Hope you have a speedy recovery so you can get back on the road.

Laurie its not ribs its knee torn mediscus in right knee...but thankfully I ride the trike...being a good girl until Dr appmt next Thurs than off to SCRC Rally in South La...what is Pattys page can you send a way to get to it...so new to all of this stuff...thanks for the comments...HDLady the club calls me BLING which I could go clean seeing how I cant ride...lol Im having separation issues...not really...lol

Hotrod thanks for the compliments...Correct pics dont do it justice...No I live in Biloxi Ms. I am native to S Fla though Miami /Ft Myers ...hopefully one day we can do Leesburg bikefest....with his scheduling overseas we pick and choose...and pray we can...LOL

sorry to hear about your ribs,hd Lady,or should i say BLing,ribs will get better as weeks go by,not funny ihave had them many times.i would like to comment on your trike and paint work,i like it, very impresive,i dont know if u know Patty,she is onBP ,has a very nice paint job on her Harley trike,catch her pics on her profile,Biker Post. heal quick ,watch, the stairs and cagers,ride safe. cheers.

Very pretty trike and owner.You live in Florida?suggest you do the Leesberg bikefest.Last weekend in April every year,hopefully your husband will be able to attend with you.Would like to see your trike with my own eyes,i'll bet the pictures don't do it justice.

Stopped to show the guys at the hunt lease what the trike looked like and had to get ready they were running the dogs through our lease....not easy running in leathers....lol my Hubby says Baby get your rifle ready....so I did....
