Blue replied to Jerry w Brown's discussion 'triumph motorcycles'"I just had a custom wrought iron sissy bar made for the bike. Its a little over the top but its so strong you can lift the bike with it. I can now carry three bags of groceries and a full case of beer."

ATM said… - It is major. Early model Rockets had this problem occur which was only described as the "paint can rattle." After a little bit, Triumph came up with the "fix kit." My baby started to exhibit symptoms of skipping some cogs when shifting DOWN into second, then accelerating. Not fun. Part of the "fix kit" came with a new second gear.
I am currently out of the factory warrantee, but Triumph is covering it. However, it is a two and one half to three week ordeal. In the meantime, I am also taking advantage of the shop's 20% off tires and two for one installation.

- Hey Jerry, here's the info for the LED replacement dash lights. The company is Superbrightleds.com and the part number is WLED-6. Just remember to order the same color as the indicator. I think they're only 3 or 4 bucks each. Let me know if you have any questions.
Did you get Richards bike running? What time did you guys get home? I got in about 9ish, long day but a good ride.
