Ah yes, a familiar landmark.  I managed at least one trip a year for 13 years because of kids or work.  Oh, and a couple for fun.

Yes that is indeed the Road leading to our Scared Bear Butte , I camped at My Tribes Lodge at the base of the Butte this year , awesome & Peaceful !

I believe that is Bear Butte they are riding towards. I was there in 2007, can't wait to go back.

I rode on this road for the first time last summer going to the broken spoke I can't wait to go again

rcain4 - yes, it is east of Sturgis heading toward Bear Butte State Park.  It goes on north to North Dakota or you can turn back west to Belle fourche and Wyoming.  A super ride!

This bring back memories of when I went i South D for Strugis week. That week was one of my best vactions nothing like riding out there.
