To participate, you must be a registered member of BikersPost.com and 18 years-of-age or older on the date of entry. SELECTION OF WINNER
Winner will be selected by BikersPost from eligible entries timely received. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 10 days of the drawing. Winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release and provide evidence of identity and age with valid state or federally issued identification (i.e. driver license, passport). BikersPost IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR, LATE, LOST, MISDIRECTED OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES, COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO NOTIFY A WINNER, ANY INJURY OR LOSSES CAUSED BY A PRIZE AWARDED IN THE CONTEST OR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST.

By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes including but not limited to the posting of the names of the winner in a winner's list and other on or off-line announcement without additional consideration and where legally permitted. By submitting an entry, participants release BikersPost, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents of each of them, from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind with respect to the conduct of the contest or caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of the prize. No substitution, cash alternative or assignment of a prize is permitted except in BikersPost sole discretion. Decisions of BikersPost are final in all matters. No correspondence, other than a request for a list of winners, will be answered except at the discretion of BikersPost, BikersPost is not responsible for and disclaims any liability in connection with: (a) incomplete entries, (b) any computer, on-line, telephone or technical insufficiency, malfunction or disturbance, including but not limited to any virus, worm, time or other bomb, contaminant, flaming or other unsolicited communication or unauthorized access, or (c) lost, late, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or incorrect entries.
