My trike is sick right now and has a bad cough.  Going to the doctor this week.  I'm ready for us to get back out on the road.  I'm so ready for Spring, although we've had great weather here in Texas this winter.  By the way...hi everyone!

This season will be my 5th with my home made VW Trike . By far the best toy I've ever had . It's the first bike I've had since 1964 .

Hi Everyone!

    My name is Del Malott Jr and just joined this group. I haven't ridden any kind of bike since probably before the mid '70's when I first got myself hurt. I've had 5 spine operations since and 1 on my right leg that I damned near lost because of a staff infection. Anyway enough of that. I joined the group because for the last couple years I've had this thought of maybe getting back on the road again. My wife doesn't agree with my decision but that's not the first time (trust me). What I need is someone knowledgeable to point me in the right direction on how to build my own trike. I know the easiest way would be to get a bike then get one of those trike kits to put on it, the problem with that is, it's just not my way of doing things. Pics of my Rat Trike Rumbler.. this old road dog had given me sooo much joy and introduced me to the joy of riding.. put over 3000 miles on him the first summer I bought him
