Guys at my gym throw their keys in a bucket. I guess they figure who's gonna pick up a big guys keys from the gym, because anyone could reach in and take a car.  I take my bike there in the summer and similarly, I don't worry too much about lockin it all up - who's gonna steal a Harley from in front of a gym?  Well, it got me to thinking - whats the place your Harley would be safest left unlocked?  Maybe even keys dangling. Yeah, the local clubhouse is an easy answer but lets be creative.  Better than my gym?  A Harley parked outside an Anger Management Therapist office...

What about a Harley parked in front of the local gun range.  Don't think it gets much safer than that.

seeing as how my harley doesn't have an ignition, anywhere i park it it's safe. no one knows the kick start combination that gets it rumblin.

Nobody would touch it in front of my watering hole.

Are you sure about that?  LOL.

OYeah. It's custom rat rigid, and there is a particular combination that'll kick it over. By the time a person got it figured out they wouldn't need to worry about anything else except hospital bills.

Aw, come on...  we all know you NEVER see a bike parked outside of a therapist's office (unless the therapist happens to be a biker)!

are the hospital bills from you,or from trying to kick start the bike?..LOL

Well I ride my bike to see my therapist...I ride it every chance I get but it is the best therapy. I am much happier and less angry since I bought my Harley Road King...

I hear ya, on mine the number of people who know how to retard the spark is dwindling! I'm more worried about it being in the back of a pickup then someone getting it started!

You think your bike is safe? Your crazy. My sporty was stolen from my house. Locked and chained to my car. If they want your bike they will take it!! I do not leave my bike unlocked not even for a minute.

It was a Sporty country. They figured it was a girls bike so no biggie....

sorry, I like Sporties but ya set me up..

with all the military folks suffering from PTSD, i think we should be more encouraging of therapy rather than discouraging (nothing personal sleipnir)
